Recital Information
Performance
Information:
Recital
dates are May 30th & 31st @ 7:00 pm and June 1st @ 2:00 pm.
Recital will
be performed at Cibola High School Auditorium located at 1510 Ellison Rd.
NW.
Your child
will be performing on May 30 & 31st @ 7:00 pm and June 1st @ 2:00 pm.
Please be at the auditorium
1/2 hour
before each performance. There will be two parents assigned to all the
younger classes. There will be
a sign up
sheet for "backstage parents" on the bulletin board. These parents will
watch your child from start to
finish of
recital. No performer will be allowed in the auditorium. You may
pick your child up after his/her
performance,
but they will not be allowed in the auditoium. It would interrupt the performance
and seating is
reserved
for the paying audience.
Dress Rehearsal:
Recital
dress rehearsal will be May 29th from 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm. A schedule
will be posted on the bulletin board
at La Mesa
Dance Academy with the approximate time that your child will be on stage,
in case you don't want to
be there
all night. Remember this is the only time that performers
will be allowed out in the auditorium to
watch the
performances. Personal video cameras are allowed on this night only
All performers
must attend dress rehearsal. As soon as your dance has been rehearsed,
you may leave, or you are
welcome to
stay and watch the other classes.
Tickets:
Show tickets
go sale May 1-15th for performers only.
After May
15th, tickets will be open to the general public.
ADULTS (13 & under) -- $9.00 each
CHILD (12 & under) -- $5.00 each
Performers
may purchase up to 6 tickets total through the 15th
of May. On May 16th, you may
purchase
additional tickets.
Recital
Pictures:
Recital pictures
will be taken May 27th & 28th from 4:00 - 7:30 pm. A schedule
will be posted on the bulletin
board with
the exact time and date for each classes' pictures. Individual pictures
will be available on these days.
Our photographer
is "One of A Kind Photography".
Video
Taping:
"Kamazar"
will professionally tape our performance. Copies can be ordered at recital.
Cameras
with a flash are not permitted at any time in the auditorium. Personal
video cameras will only be allowed
on dress rehearsal night only. No exceptions. No food or drink is allowed
in the auditorium.
***If you still have an outstanding balance for your costume, we ask you
pay as soon as possible.
