1. ALL CLASSES EXPIRE, NO EXTENSIONS, TRANSFERS, CREDITS OR
REFUNDS.
TUITION IS DUE IN ADVANCE. Please decide on the amount of classes you
wish
to purchase. Classes must be
taken within 4 weeks, or they expire.
2. No flash photography during classes. Take valuables into
classroom.
Turn off cell phones
in class.
3. We accept payments in cash or checks. There
is a $20.00 charge
for returned
checks.
4. Sign in for every class (initial by
student's name on proper
date.) Students arriving
more than 15 minutes late to class must
have
the permission of the teacher
to join
the class.
5. NO FOOD, DRINK, OR GUM ARE ALLOWED INSIDE THE STUDIO. Water
in
closed containers is ok.
6. Please notify the office if you decide to
discontinue
classes. Students absent for an
entire month will be automatically
removed from the class rolls unless the office is
notified.
DRESS
CODE:
Ballet:
Pre-School & Jr.
Classes - Black leotard (no
skirts),
pink footed tights, pink
leather or canvas ballet shoes (no slippers), hair up & secure.
Sr. Classes - Any
color leotard & tights, ballet shoes, hair up and secure.
Boys - T-shirt and black tights or bike shorts, black
ballet shoes.
Jazz: Anything stretchable, no
over-sized clothing.
(Trunks must be worn under
shorts.) Jazz shoes or ballet shoes.(No jazz sneakers for Jr. Classes.)
Tap:
Street clothes or dance clothes, tap shoes.
Hip
Hop: Stretchable clothes (over-sized ok), jazz sneakers
or jazz shoes (not
worn outside).
